Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of UX experience with user research planning and execution.
• Portfolio showing a thoughtful, systems-level approach to balancing goals and user needs.
• Excellent communication skills for verbal and written presentations.
• Proficiency with modern design tools for wireframes, prototyping, and design intent (Figma, Miro, Framer, After Effects).
• Strong systems thinker able to map touchpoints and end-to-end experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to identify opportunities and define requirements.
• Lead UX work on defined product areas, supporting discovery, ideation, and execution.
• Plan workshops to uncover business and technology opportunities and constraints.
• Design and conduct research activities to understand user needs and usability.
• Identify and analyze competitive products to spot patterns and opportunities.
• Create personas and user journeys that capture key needs and motivations.
• Produce briefs, storyboards, scenarios, and other experience deliverables.
• Develop interaction architectures and digital sketches for hardware and software interfaces.
• Contribute positively to the culture of collaborative design.
