SOUTHWEST HEALTHCARE CORPORATION is seeking an Experienced caregiver for its Bowman, ND facility. The role is full-time with shift in the day, offering hourly wages between $16.00 and $24.00. The job involves providing quality care to residents, maintaining confidentiality, and following therapy plans as directed.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related healthcare experience and a commitment to safety and teamwork within the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or higher degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient and facility confidentiality at all times.
• Treat patients, visitors and coworkers with respect, dignity and kindness.
• Provide quality care for residents within scope of capabilities.
• Complete facility orientation within 14 days of employment including health screen.
• Complete departmental orientation and skills checklist within 90 days of employment.
• Participate in mandatory staff in-services and quality improvement studies.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance as an essential function.
• Comply with all facility safety requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow the patient’s therapy plan of care including ROM, exercises, gait training.
• Record therapies given and document patient responses.
