Job summary

• Physical Requirements: This position requires regularly standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10 pounds; and lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to or over 50 pounds; intermittently sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 pounds; working in confined spaces and/or at heights above four feet. Also involves some job-related travel (less than 10% of time); exposure to risk of injury from moving, lifting, or positioning patients, equipment, or materials; and exposure to hazardous chemicals and fumes including waste, burns, cuts/punctures, blood-borne or airborne pathogens, recombinant DNA or viral vectors, and combative/violent people.
• Shift: Primarily days, Monday through Friday; rotating weekends and holidays.
• Job Summary: This position will assist physical and occupational therapists perform direct patient care.
