SERC Physical Therapy Technician Position - Smithville, MO

Job Summary: Under the supervision of a licensed PT/PTA or OT/OTA, the technician provides limited assistance with patient activities within the scope of the Missouri Physical Therapy Practice Act. The role supports the mission, vision, and values of SERC Physical & Hand Therapy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist therapists with patient activities under supervision, adhering to state regulations.
• Perform clinic maintenance tasks such as laundry, cleaning tables and equipment, restocking supplies, and maintaining overall clinic tidiness.
• Handle administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling patients, managing paperwork, and operating office equipment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff, understand physical therapy equipment, and prepare patients for treatment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
