Job summary

Integrity Rehab Group in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. This entry-level role works under the supervision of licensed therapists to support patient care in a clinic setting.

You will prepare treatment areas and equipment, assist patients with prescribed exercises, and document responses. Additional duties include basic therapeutic procedures, sanitation, and light administrative tasks relevant to patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in the use of computers and learning new software programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assist and/or observe patients perform prescribed therapy exercises and document responses.
• Perform basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads as instructed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas; change and launder linens.
• Perform administrative tasks including patient intake, answering calls, and scheduling appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
