Physical Therapy Technician - McKays Mill - PRN - Results Physiotherapy-AST

Results Physiotherapy-AST, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician to join our team in Franklin, TN.

Role of a Physical Therapy Technician
  • An unlicensed associate working under the supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist.
  • Works in accordance with state Practice Acts and company policies.
  • Requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to contribute to patient care.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare equipment and treatment areas.
  • Assist and observe patients during therapy exercises and document responses.
  • Perform basic treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads.
  • Sanitize equipment and therapy areas, change linens.
  • Assist with administrative tasks like patient intake, phone calls, and scheduling.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency with computers and learning new software.
