Job summary

Select Medical in Louisville, KY is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician to assist therapists in outpatient rehabilitation and support center operations.

This part-time role involves weekday scheduling, helping with procedures, maintaining records, and ensuring clean, prepared equipment, with responsibilities across scheduling, reporting, and program oversight as designated.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Health Sciences preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• First aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment.
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.).
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.

Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary)Compensation: $9/hour (pending experience)
