Overview

Position: Physical Therapy Technician

Location: Crestwood, KY

Type of Employment: Part Time

Schedule: Weekdays (Varies)

Compensation: Starting at $9.00/hour (pending experience)

In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures and support our center operations.

Responsibilities:

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule, keep records of ancillary services, and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions, or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific areas of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and follow-up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Health Sciences
• CPR certification
• First aid certification
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
