Job summary

Penrose & Associates Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician for our outpatient clinic in Lacey, WA. You will assist with treatments, support patient engagement, and help maintain a clean, organized environment while learning regenerative technologies.

In this role you will gain hands-on training in EMTT, Stimpod, red light therapy, and more, with in-person training provided. This is a great transitional step into healthcare and growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Therapy/Medical Terminology experience preferred.
• Interest or certification in personal training.
• Excellent communication and genuine empathy with patients.
• Ability to relate to diverse patients and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treatment sessions and patient care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready clinic.
• Handle phone calls and patient engagement for scheduling.
• Prepare equipment and manage laundry for daily operations.
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and patient experience.

Clinic hours are 7:00 AM–6:30 PM Monday–Tuesday and 7:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday–Friday.
