Essential Functions:

1. Manage the flow of modalities, exercises, and training under the supervision of the clinical staff.
2. Maintain the upkeep of the facility, including equipment, inventory, cleanliness, and laundry.
3. Participate in staff meetings, team meetings, and community outreach.
4. Generate referrals whenever opportunities arise.
5. Assist with clinical promotion.
6. Keep records of all functions to ensure accountability for production.
7. Perform any other tasks necessary for the daily operations of the company.

Skills Needed:

• Strong understanding of exercise prescription and progression.
• Personal Training Certification is recommended.
• No criminal record.
• Excellent communication skills, good control, and a passion for working with others.
• Willingness to collaborate across different areas of the organization, including scheduling, clinical maintenance, and internship programs.
• Ability to maintain good relations with the public, in person, over the phone, or via email.
