Job summary

Team Rehab in Michigan is seeking a friendly, motivated individual to join our outpatient therapy network as a therapy support role. You will welcome patients, assist therapists, and help guide light exercises in a clinical setting.

No prior experience is required, and we provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow in healthcare. This position emphasizes teamwork, patient safety, and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
