Job summary

OrthoArizona seeks a friendly Physical Therapy Tech to join our expanding team in Phoenix. You will assist licensed physical therapists, help patients with exercises, and support operations at our facility.

This full-time role offers hands-on experience, growth toward PT/PTA tracks, and a robust benefits package as part of a leading musculoskeletal care group.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of exercise techniques and human anatomy.
• Ability to correct patient positioning and observe patient responses.
• Flexible to travel to other locations to support patient volume.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from treatment areas with compassion.
• Assist patients with undressing and dressing wounds before treatment.
• Support treatment procedures as directed by licensed therapists.
• Apply heat/cold modalities and assist with exercises.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and assist with front desk duties.
• Answer phones and take messages.

Physical Therapy Technician

We’re expanding our multi-specialty orthopedic clinics throughout the Valley and looking for friendly, hardworking, and self-motivated physical therapy technicians to assist our team of renowned healthcare providers in various aspects of patient support.

In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of licensed physical therapists assisting patients with their movements within the facility, ensuring the cleanliness of treatment areas, and offering crucial support to physical therapists during patient exercises.

As a Physical Therapy Aide with OrthoArizona, you’ll get to:
