PRN (Physical Rehabilitation Network, LLC.) in Oklahoma City is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support patients and clinicians with excellent customer service and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from check-in to discharge.

The position is part-time (25 hours/week) at the 5608 SE 67th St. location, offering $10–$12 per hour. You’ll assist therapists, prepare equipment, manage records, and help front desk duties while keeping the clinic clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare education is a plus.
• Prior healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support clinic environment with customer service and patient care during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas as directed by therapists.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing tasks.
• Assist front office with calls, document scanning, scheduling, and payments.
• Aid therapists by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment daily.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapy Aide at PRN, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients.

Pay: $10-12/hr Schedule: Part Time (25 hours per week) Location: 5608 SE 67th St. Oklahoma City, OK 73135

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy. Help provide customer service, a smile.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with front office tasks when down time occurs including but not limited to: answering the phone, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, taking over the counter payments, filing, faxing, etc.
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment. Daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach towards assisting individuals in need.
