Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory and management interest or experience.
• Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent.
• Licensed Physical Therapist with BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff therapists, therapist assistants, and support personnel.
• Oversee evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, documentation, and education.
• Provide orientation and ongoing supervision; develop and monitor programs.
• Lead department initiatives and ensure compliance with standards and ethics.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and manage scheduling and coverage.
