Job summary

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a professional therapy practice, outpatient therapy experience preferred, and a current Physical Therapist license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Demonstrated ability and interest in supervision and management.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of staff therapists, therapists assistants, and support personnel.
• Perform physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning and documentation.
• Educate patients and families; participate in department initiatives and program development.
• Oversee orientation and on-the-job training for staff.
