We are seeking a physical therapy scheduling coordinator to join our team in Cranford, New Jersey.

As a physical therapy scheduling coordinator some of your job duties will include:

• Working closely with our providers and health care administrative team, including our patient care coordinators, to help our patients achieve an improved quality of life
• Booking, rescheduling, and managing patient evaluations and recurring treatment sessions
• Filling schedule gaps, rebooking cancellations, and actively working waitlists.
• Effectively handling high call volumes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Relevant Experience In A Healthcare Employment Setting
• Experience With Electronic Health Record Software Platforms
• Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills
