Responsibilities/Qualifications

The Physical Therapy Scheduler/Front Desk Specialist role is directly accountable to the Front Desk Manager. This role serves as the main point of contact for scheduling therapy appointments and addressing patient scheduling questions.

• HS degree or equivalent
• 1 year of prior PT Scheduler/Front Desk experience preferred.
• NextGen experience preferred
