Job summary

Athletico is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to support the Clinic Manager in developing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation facility. This role emphasizes staff scheduling, performance management, and delivering high-quality patient care.

You will participate in budgeting, KPI analysis, and cross-functional initiatives with marketing and regional teams, while fostering a positive, compliant workplace culture and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Exercise Science or a related field from an accredited program.
• Master’s degree or Doctorate in related field preferred.
• Current State Professional License and CPR Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and management of staff through hiring, onboarding, training and performance processes.
• Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, equipment, patient records, and compliance logs.
• Collaborate on annual budget with Clinic Manager and Regional Director.
• Analyze clinic KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance and coaching.
• Develop and strengthen business relationships to drive clinic growth and community needs.
