Athletico is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to support the development and supervision of day-to-day operations at our rehabilitation facility. You will work under the Clinic Manager to ensure high-quality care and efficient operations.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in Exercise Science or related field from an accredited program.
• Master's degree or Doctorate in related program preferred.
• Current State Professional License and CPR Certification are required.

Aufgaben

• Assist with development and management of staff through hiring, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, equipment and facility upkeep, patient records, and compliance logs.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager and Regional Director on annual budget.
• Analyze clinic KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance and coaching.
• Develop and nurture relationships to drive clinic growth with patients, physicians and partners.
