Job Description

As Physical Therapy Clinic Director, you will oversee the leadership and operation of our outpatient clinic in Owings Mills. Supported by experienced administration, you will provide exceptional one-on-one patient care, supervise clinical and office staff, and ensure compliance with all APTA standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent patient care and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and create a welcoming environment.
• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Current Maryland license, CPR certification.
• Manual therapy and exercise skills.
• Outgoing, energetic personality.
• Ability to market the clinic through networking and physician outreach.
