Job summary

Texoma Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient care at our Denison campus. Under a supervising physical therapist, you will implement established plans of care and document care activities promptly.

You must be licensed in Texas or eligible for licensure and complete BLS per RQI guidelines during orientation. Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, plus solid interpersonal skills and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Licensed by the State of Texas or must be eligible to sit for exam. BLS Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines must be completed during new hire orientation prior to working in a clinical setting.
• Must have a general knowledge of therapy skills and competencies. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal relationship skills. Basic computer skills.
