You will implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, document sessions, and participate in discharge planning. Must hold PTA license, BLS, and an associate degree in physical therapy; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and an associates degree in physical therapy.
• Holds PTA license and BLS certification.
• Must demonstrate effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills.

• Implements treatment plans, selects activities, revises goals with the team, educates patients and families, documents sessions, and provides discharge instructions and referrals.
