Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for SNF TOCCOA to contribute to patient care in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist in implementing the care plan, document care and communicate with the supervising therapist, physician, and care team.

This role offers competitive compensation up to $100,000 per year based on experience, schedule, and location, with a Stay & Earn sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for full-time cases, plus benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Experience in a SNF or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the Physical Therapy care plan as prescribed by the evaluating therapist and physician.
• Perform clinical tasks, documentation, and communication per policy.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care.
• Complete orientation, in-services, and trainings timely and successfully.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

• Perform clinical tasks, communication, and documentation timely and accurately per policy
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice

• Complete all required orientation, in-services, and trainings timely and successfully
• Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor

Qualifications

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid professional license in the state of practice
• Graduate of CAPTE accredited school. If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a Physical Therapist entry level education in the U.S. by a credential’s evaluation organization approved by the APTA
