Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of a growing team and help treat patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

You will assist with all phases of physical therapy treatment, record patient responses, and maintain open communication with the Physical Therapist, Rehab Director and facility staff while operating

Responsibilities

• Assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
