• Document and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
• Instruct patients and caregivers and document instructions in patient records.
• Submit accurate documentation in accordance with policies.
• Treat to relieve pain and restore function under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Promote care coordination through interdisciplinary communication.
• Instruct patients and families in prescribed exercise programs.
