Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
• Current Licensure as a PTA in the State of Florida.
• Preferred: 2 years treating patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the planning, organization and implementation of specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of safe and competent physical therapy as ordered by a physician and under the direction of a physical therapist.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
• May supervise work of support personnel.

Qualifications

Required Education:

Required Certification/License/Registry:

Current Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Florida.
