Hudson Park Rehabilitation and Nursing in Albany is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (NYS PTA license required) to join a collaborative in-house therapy team. You will provide clinical services under physician’s order, participate in IDT meetings, and support an interdisciplinary approach to resident rehabilitation.

We offer a flexible schedule, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. Expected hours are 40 per week with an in-person, on-site work location in Albany, NY.

Qualifications

• Current NYS PTA licensure; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Responsible, caring PTA who improves patient development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Duties:

Including but not limited to

• Provide clinical services as a NYS licensed PTA under physician’s order.
• Attends and participates in all IDT meetings
• Provides education to patients/residents and their families
• Assists Physical Therapists
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of the facility and NYS

Skills/Requirements:

• Current New York State Physical Therapy Assistant licensure—new graduates are encouraged to apply
