StartDate: 7/21/2025 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $1575.87 ‐ $1726.75

AMN Healthcare is partnering with a Kyrene, AZ school district to hire a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work with one of the top districts in the area, providing services to children of all ages. Generally, the PTA will execute effective treatment plans, and educate students to reduce pain, improve movement, and restore function as directed by a Physical Therapist.Responsibilities for this role include:? Partner with the district as a member of a collaborative team to help students restore and maintain their physical functions.? Screen and evaluate students referred to Physical Therapy treatment.? Appropriately collect data, report findings.? Maintain accurate documentation and billing per district and state standards.? Participate on a collaborative team and maintain clear communication with teachers, district staff, and families regarding student treatment.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, School

? Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program

? Active Physical Therapy (PTA) license in AZ

? Clear, articulate communication skills

? Ability to explain results to a varied audience

? Candidates with previous school experience a plus!

? Completion of a criminal record and background check
