Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and customizing treatment plans. Our supportive rehab environment utilizes progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments, with in-house therapy supported by local management.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
2. Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF where you will be working.
3. Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
