Overview

Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at our beautiful Lancaster senior communities has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available.

We are seeking a PTA looking to help out on weekdays and weekends to cover the cluster of our Lancaster communities which can include:

Landis Home - Lititz, PA

United Zion - Lititz, PA

Brethren Village - Lancaster, PA

Fairmount Homes - Ephrata, PA

Maple Farms - Akron, PA

Garden Spot Village - New Holland, PA

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications
  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
  • Hold a valid state license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours on weekdays and weekends.
  • It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
