Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare Tampa Office is seeking a dedicated Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to perform home health visits in Polk County, FL on a PRN/per diem basis. You will provide one-on-one therapy under the supervision of a Registered PT, following physician orders to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license/certification is required.
• 1+ year of PTA experience; Home Health experience preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clean MVR.
