Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare West Palm Beach is seeking a dedicated Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our PRN/Home Health team. You will conduct one-on-one visits in patients' homes across Riviera Beach, North Palm Beach, and West Palm Beach, following physician orders under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license/certification required.
• 1+ year of experience in home health preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
