Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for Ann’s Choice in Bucks County, PA. The PTA will provide daily physical therapy services to residents across the continuum of care on our award-winning campus.

We offer a weekday daytime schedule, competitive hourly pay ($38–$42) based on experience, and comprehensive benefits including insurance, PTO, retirement match, and onsite wellness resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adult population preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current state PTA license (state where community provides service) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Physical Therapy treatments across the Erickson Senior Living community continuum of care.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs with a holistic approach.
• Follow Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA guidelines and company policies.

Location: Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant. They support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs. All of our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

We are looking for Inpatient (acute) and/or outpatient PTAs.

Compensation: $38-$42/hr, depending on experience.

Schedule: Weekday, daytime availability.

How you will make an impact

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Providing day-to-day Physical Therapy treatments to meet resident’s needs in all settings across the Erickson Senior Living community continuum of care
• Following Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA, and company policies and procedures and ensure departmental understanding and compliance in the areas of care provision, documentation, billing reimbursement, resident rights, customer service, and compliance, and other requirements as defined in the respective regulations.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

What you will need

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current state license (for the state in which the community provides service) in physical therapy, where applicable.
