Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant for a PRN role at our Manor Court - Liberty Village of Peru location in Peru, IL. The PA will support the rehabilitation team, assist with patient care, and help deliver high-quality therapy services to residents of a skilled nursing setting.

The role offers flexible scheduling, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within a national rehabilitation provider. Current PTA licensure is required or must be obtainable in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatrics patient care or rehab settings.
• Eligible to obtain PTA license in state of practice.
• Ability to work PRN schedule with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapy team in implementing treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support patient care, mobility, and therapeutic activities.

Qualifications
