Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the practicing state or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience with geriatric patient populations preferred.

• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the care team.
• Support interdisciplinary care and patient safety in a skilled nursing setting.
