What you will do in this role:

1. Provide quality, compassionate care in a team setting.
2. Implement the patient's Care Plan for rehabilitation under the supervision of the Physical Therapist. Assist patients with tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance their performance.
3. Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and daily documentation.
4. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
5. Instruct family members or nursing staff on follow-up programs.
6. Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness.
7. Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, professional standards, and applicable laws.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program with an Associate Degree.
2. Current state licensure as a PTA or equivalent in the states where services are provided.
3. CPR certification (if required).
