Job summary

Fountain Inn Post Acute in Fountain Inn, SC, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. You will assist the Staff Therapist with patient care and related activities, supporting high-quality resident outcomes in a 66-bed facility near Greenville.

Licensed in South Carolina as a Staff PTA is required; prior long-term care experience is helpful. Proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care is valued, and we support a flexible schedule to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience in a PTA role.
• Licensed as a Staff Physical Therapy Assistant in South Carolina.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Degree in associated field of practice


• Certification to practice in South Carolina


• Experience in a long-term care setting is helpful


• Ability to use or quickly learn Point Click Care and Casamba

General Purpose

The Staff Physical Therapist Assistant assists the Staff Therapist with patient related activities and direct patient care.

Qualification

Education and/or Experience

Licensed as a Staff Physical Therapy Assistant Board of the States.

Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
