Essential Job Functions

As a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in a Grace Management Services facility, you must be able to:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Conduct screenings of residents to determine need for intervention/treatment
• Identify indications for evaluations and assist in the evaluation process under the Physical Therapist's direction
• Assist in developing treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals
• Help establish and modify resident schedules in collaboration with the Physical Therapist and team members
