Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to implement and adjust patient care plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. You will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and aquatic therapy across patients of all ages.

You will document activities in the EMR, coordinate with the PT, and communicate patient progress to referring providers.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant required.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• BLS certification required.
