We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our full-time team in Odenton, MD. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of orthopedic treatments and a passion for manual therapy and quality patient care. Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a physical therapist to promote and maintain health.
  • Identify patient care issues to enhance a physical therapist’s effectiveness.
  • Administer treatment programs and document patient care services.
  • Review evaluations and test results to evaluate abnormal conditions.
  • Perform therapeutic procedures, including manual exercises and assisting patients with physical activities.
  • Assist patients with supportive devices like crutches, canes, and prostheses.
  • Instruct and counsel patients on therapeutic regimens and wellness promotion.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
  • Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in MD.
  • Open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates.
Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Salary Range:

Starting at $60,000+, depending on experience.
