PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (PTA) - OAK FOREST HEALTH & REHAB CENTER

We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families by providing responsive, individualized treatment plans. The role involves working in a supportive rehab environment utilizing progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments, with in-house therapy supported by local management.

Job Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
