Join us at Sobe Rehab as a Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA in New Port Richey, FL, working in an ALF setting on a PRN basis.

Position Overview

We are seeking passionate therapists to provide top-quality therapy services for our geriatric clients in an outpatient, at-home setting. Our approach emphasizes proactive, preventative care to promote thriving and successful aging-in-place. We value transparency, clinical judgment, and flexible scheduling, offering competitive pay.

Responsibilities
  • Implement care components and interventions competently
  • Provide skilled interventions to enhance patient independence
  • Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in medical records
Qualifications
  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university in Physical Therapy
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Details
