We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team.

Responsibilities include working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and customizing treatment plans. The role involves working in a supportive rehab environment utilizing progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments, with in-house therapy support and local management.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF where you will be working.
• Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
