Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver care to adult and geriatric patients at our Ohio locations. You will work with a diverse team of clinicians to support patient outcomes and participate in member-focused rehabilitation services.

The position requires a valid State PTA license and SNF/acute care experience, with travel to nearby centers as needed. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality post-acute care.

Qualifications
