Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is hiring a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver care to adult and geriatric patients across skilled nursing and post-acute settings. You will work with a diverse team of clinicians and implement care plans in collaboration with supervising therapists.

Travel to nearby centers as needed and complete documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Valid State PTA License and Credentials required.
• Experience in SNF and/or Acute care settings preferred.

Responsibilities
