Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Liberty Commons of Rowan County. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver rehab services and develop individualized treatment plans in a supportive SNF environment.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited therapy program, state licensure, and preferred prior rehab SNF experience. Background checks/drug-free workplace, EOE.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
