Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Roxboro, NC is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide progressive treatment modalities and individualize patient plans in a skilled nursing facility setting. Licensure in the state is required; SNF rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
