Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role to provide geriatric therapy during home and ALF visits in Palm Coast, FL. Compensation is per visit with flexible scheduling and opportunities for autonomy within a collaborative team.

Requirements include an Associate degree in PTA and an active Florida PTA license; two years of clinical experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $65 per treatment (4-unit Hospice visit) and $50 per (5 unit Part B treatment)
