Sobe Innovative Rehab in Miramar Beach, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN home-visit role. You will provide skilled geriatric therapy under the plan of care, helping residents maintain independence and age in place while coordinating with a broader care team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
