Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home-based geriatric therapy in Jacksonville, FL. This PRN role offers flexible visits, clinical autonomy, and the chance to help residents age in place while collaborating with a care team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
